Makes 4 Waffles
Ingredients
32 ounces frozen Tater Tots, thawed
- Salt to taste
- Chives for garnish
- Non-Stick Spray
- Waffle Iron
240g Tomato Paste, no salt added
240ml Distilled Water
40ml Distilled White Vinegar
30ml Pure Maple Syrup
5ml Ground Garlic Powder
5ml Ground Onion Powder
2.5ml Ground Allspice
5ml Salt
MagicalButter Machine

Tater Tot Waffles
- Heat an 8 inch waffle iron, then grease with non-stick spray.
- Spread 2 cups of tater tots over it so it fills the space, then sprinkle with salt.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for 5 minutes on med-high heat.
- Open the waffle maker and fill in any gaps of missing tots, then close and continue to cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
- Once done remove and top with chives.
Infused Ketchup
- Add all of the ingredients to the MagicalButter Machine and secure the lid.
Set your temperature to 54°C and your time to 1 HOUR.
- When the cycle is complete, transfer to a storage container and refrigerate to cool. Flavors will continue to develop as the sauce cools and thickens.
