Tater Tot Waffles with Infused Homemade Ketchup

Tater Tot Waffles

1. Heat an 8 inch waffle iron, then grease with non-stick spray.
2. Spread 2 cups of tater tots over it so it fills the space, then sprinkle with salt.
3. Close the waffle maker and cook for 5 minutes on med-high heat.
4. Open the waffle maker and fill in any gaps of missing tots, then close and continue to cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Once done remove and top with chives.

Infused Ketchup

1. Add all of the ingredients to the MagicalButter Machine and secure the lid.

2. Set your temperature to 54°C and your time to 1 HOUR.

3. When the cycle is complete, transfer to a storage container and refrigerate to cool. Flavors will continue to develop as the sauce cools and thickens.
