Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until thoroughly blended. Set aside.

2. In a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, melt about 5ml of MagicalButter.

3. When hot, form pancakes by pouring 60ml cupfuls of batter into the pan.

4. Cook until the edges are dry and bubbles form. Then flip and cook until golden brown.

5. Serve and enjoy your Magical Pancakes with MagicalButter, fresh fruit and whipped cream, syrup or raw local honey.
