Loaded Nachos with Infused Cheese Sauce

Infused Cheese Sauce

1. Melt the Infused Butter in a small sauce pot.
2. Add the flour, then heat and whisk the butter and flour together until they become bubbly and foamy. Continue to cook and whisk the bubbly mixture for about 60 seconds.
3. Whisk in the infused milk, then turn the heat up slightly and allow the milk to come to a simmer while continuing to whisk.
4. When it reaches a simmer, the mixture will begin to thicken. Once it's thick enough to coat a spoon, turn off the heat.
5. Stir in the cheese one handful at a time, until fully melted into the sauce.
6. After all the cheese is melted into the sauce, stir in the salt and chili powder.

Loaded Nachos

1. Preheat your oven to 177°C.

2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over med-high heat.
3. Drain the excess grease, then mix in the taco seasoning and cook for another minute.
4. Add in the water and stir to combine. Keep warm while you start to assemble.
5. Empty the bag of chips on to an oven safe platter or sheet pan and toast them for 5 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and dot with the ground beef.
7. Drizzle your cheese sauce all over.
8. Top with black beans, jalapeno, onion and cilantro. Serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
