Ingredients
- 60ml Magical Olive Oil
- 2 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled, cubed
- ¼ White Onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper (remove the seeds if you don’t like it spicy)
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 720ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 7.5ml Cumin Seeds
- 15ml Sea Salt
- 15ml Black Pepper
Garnish
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- Pickled Peppers
- Jalapeños
- Black Pepper
- Hot Sauce (Optional)
- MagicalButter Machine
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
Set the temperature to 87°C and then press the 1 Hour Oil button.
Once your cycle is complete, garnish and serve hot with cilantro. Enjoy!
